Mountain CERT members conduct full-scale emergency exercise.  Story HERE >

It’s about getting prepared to help ourselves and help each other in the face of an emergency.  That’s where CERT comes into play. CERT, the Community Emergency Response Team, is made up of your fellow citizens, your neighbors who have decided that their own safety and your safety too, depends on proper preparation in the event of a catastrophic event.
This site has been put together to assist you in the following areas:

To help you learn about the threats we face

To help you adequately prepare for emergencies

To help you understand the plans in place in the event of an emergency situation

To provide actionable information that you can use and pass along to your neighbors

To encourage you to join in on the efforts as an active CERT member
Our hope is that you find this website useful and that through it, you become part of an emergency solution, not part of the problem.
